Where it grows.

Most of MULD grows in the Nordic north: berries from coasts and hedgerows, leaves and shoots from the forest, oats and linseed from the fields. The tea in Skov comes from Japan.

Sea buckthorn grows wild along Nordic coasts, in sand and salt wind. The orange berries are picked in late summer. After pressing, the skins and seeds are dried and milled. That is what goes into MULD.

For a few weeks in May, the spruce puts out soft, bright green tips. They are picked by hand, dried slowly and milled. They taste green and resinous, with a hint of citrus.
